A decade ago I hired my coach and fell in love with the coaching profession.

We are familiar with hiring personal trainers to change our nutrition, appearance, and physical health, but many people don’t think to hire someone to help them with their mental, emotional, and spiritual skills. This is crucial to us overcoming patterns that no longer serve us such as: people pleasing, low self-confidence, taking too much responsibility for the others, setting and respecting boundaries, and the list goes on and on.
