Marcia greatest success story is her work with a semiconductor company facing bankruptcy. Her focus on increasing communication across organizational lines and empowering cross-functional teams helped the company become the #1 stock market success in the US when they went public in 1993.
When Marcia left her last corporate position, she found coaching. She was the 5th global president of the International Coach Federation and she has been recognized in their elite Circle of Distinction for her contributions to the global coaching community. In addition to providing coaching, she trains coaches as the Training Director for the Healthcare Coaching Institute and she is a lead trainer for coach training schools in Eastern Europe, China, the Philippines, and Malaysia.
