Dr. Alan is a highly regarded coach, consultant, educator, author, and presenter with over three decades of experience. He has worked with a diverse array of clients, including physicians, attorneys, professionals, CEOs, C-Suite leaders, and vice presidents from many large and small organizations such as Deloitte Consulting, W. Wrigley & Co., Leo Burnett, Abbott Labs, PNC, Zebra Technologies, Exelon, Datamars, Vanguard, Owens-Illinois, and LaSalle Network. Through his expert guidance, these leaders have learned to navigate challenges and gain the perspective and tools they need to manage strategic business and professional issues effectively.

Uniquely trained in business, education, and psychology, our guest has a remarkable track record of achieving tangible bottom-line results. He is an internationally recognized expert in ADHD and the editor of "The Guide to ADHD Coaching" (2018). His contributions have helped many leaders, including those in the C-Suite, become more productive and effective. He has taught courses in assessment and coaching at both the graduate and undergraduate levels and has served as a representative and former chair of the steering committee for the American Psychological Association's Psychology in the Workplace Network (PWN). Additionally, he is a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at McLean, a Harvard Medical School affiliate.

As a co-author of the book "Lemonade: The Leader's Guide to Resilience at Work" (2012), he has also created the Resilience at Work Assessment (RAW-A), an assessment taken by over 2,000 leaders internationally. His specialties include executive coaching, ADHD coaching, team building, and professional development.
