Liz Dobbins, Founder and CEO of Propelogy®, has revolutionized coaching by integrating human body intelligence and sensory awareness, grounded in neuroscience. A University of Kansas graduate, Liz has pioneered sensory-based coaching techniques, enhancing the coach-client relationship with over 40 years of educational experience, from early childhood to higher education, including roles at Washburn University and The University of Kansas. As a seasoned educator and speaker, Liz has delivered innovative programs globally at universities, businesses, wellness conferences, and leadership retreats, providing science-based tools and frameworks to activate individual potential and improve living, working, and learning practices through sensory processing and threshold identification. Liz co-authored “Embody Kind: A Guide for Authentic Living” and “Movement is Fun,” exploring movement's role in brain chemistry and sensory systems' impact on development. She also launched the first triathlon curriculum in the U.S. educational system and has published three other educational works. Liz's leadership extends to serving as the ICF Heartland Chapter Membership Chair and President of the K Club Board at The University of Kansas Athletic Department. A former competitive athlete, Liz continues to enjoy multiple sports and spending time with her eight grandchildren.
